This session is where we begin building your performance plan. We’ll take a close look at your current eating habits, review your food logs, and talk through your goals for training, recovery, and body composition. From there, I’ll outline a clear,
customized action plan that gives you direction and confidence moving forward. This is ideal for athletes who want expert guidance and a plan tailored to their needs.

Blueprint
The Blueprint is for athletes who already have
experience tracking their intake and managing their nutrition but want a precise plan that aligns with their performance goals. It delivers individualized nutrition recommendations based on your calorie targets, training demands, and competition schedule. This option provides structure and clarity without the need for ongoing coaching and is best suited for athletes who are ready to execute independently.

On-Demand Nutrition Coaching

Most coaches schedule weekly check-ins, but nutrition challenges don’t wait for appointments.

My clients have
direct text access from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday) and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Saturday–Sunday) for real-time guidance, feedback, and accountability.
